At Montclair State University, Tara was a 4-Time NCAA Softball All-American, All-Region & All-Conference player, the NJAC Female Athlete of the Year, captain of 2-time ECAC Championship Team, NCAA Runner-up & Hall of Fame Athlete.  MSU all-time leader in triples & most sacrifice hits, 2nd career BA .420 & total hits, and in the top 10 for doubles, runs scored & total bases.

In HS, the 4-year starting pitcher while earning, All-Conference, All-County & All-State accolades. 

HS varsity head coach for 4 years, prior to starting a family.  Teacher & softball instructor for over 20 years.  Currently coaching her 3 daughters travel teams.

Marc Houser - Owner

At Glen Ridge, Marc was an All-County & All-State multisport athlete, winning a state championship in baseball in 1993 and is an Athletic Hall of Fame Member.

At Montclair State University, Marc was an All-Conference player and a captain of the 2000 National NCAA Championship Baseball Team.

Marc has 20+ years coaching experience at the college & high school level.  While his time as the head coach of the Northern Valley Demarest Baseball team, Marc's teams had over 100 wins and he earned Coach of the Year in 2018.

Previous owner of the Pitching Factory. Led teams to multiple league and tournament championships.  Provided instruction for 100's players, teams, and coaches.

Kiki Baldassari

Four year starter and lead off hitter at Providence College. College Sports Madness Big East Rookie of the Year.  Two-time first team All Big East.  All time batting average leader with over 200 hits. Two year assistant coach at Providence College.

Rob Stern

31 years experience coaching softball. Produced over 200 college scholarship players as general manager and coach of NJ Pride.  Former head coach of Cedar Grove HS and current co-head coach of Mt St Dominic HS.  Amassed 474 wins and 22 championships.

Ally Dabroski

Four year starter, All State, and All East Region player at Mt St Dominic High School.  Infield starter at Stonybrook University.  Graduated with a degree in education and is curretly attending Montclair State University for her Masters.

Samantha Greiner

Sam was a four year starter at Sparta High School where she won a State Championship.  She played her college ball at the University of South Florida where they made an appearance in the College World Series and were The Big East Champions.

Erin Stacevicz

Softball Slapping & Hitting


Played and won state championships at both Immaculate Conception and Cedar Grove High Schools. Four year starter in center field at UMass Amherst.  Earned All Rookie Team and First Team All Conference honors. Among all time leaders in hits, batting average, and runs. Currently a graduate assistant for Fairleigh Dickinson University- Florham softball team.

Courtney Politz

Three year starter at Bloomfield High School.  Pitched and played second base for Top Gun Softball.  Pitched for Montclair State University where she was an NJAC Academic All Conference Honorable Mention selection and an NFCA Scholar Athlete.  Earned a BA in Education with four consecutive years on the Dean's List.

Maureen Kleczkowski

Softball Pitching


Tincher certified pitching instructor who played at Misericordia University and continues to play competitively today.   Maureen sought out and discovered the Tincher methodology after her daughter suffered an injury due to bad mechanics.  Using this method, her daughter has made a full recovery and continues to pitch today.

Former pitcher at Seton Hall University and former pitching coach at Ramapo College.  34 years HS coaching experience.  Current varsity coach of Pequannock HS with 475 wins & 22 championships.

Brooke Wiarda

Three year starter at Morris Knolls HS; conference, county, and state title winner.  Mugs Media Player of the Year, Most All-Around Senior Athlete" award, and 2x Morris County Coaches Association Award.  Starter for Susquehanna University.  Landmark Conference Pitcher of the Week.  Graduated with degree in Biomedical Sciences and minor in Business Administration.  Currently completing Tincher Pitching Instructor certification.

Nick DeGennaro

Softball Hitting & Fielding


20 years of experience coaching softball at the high school, club, and college levels.  Won 5 league championships while earning 6 national top 10 team GPA awards.  2016 Mugs Media team of the year,  2005 NFCA National coaching staff of the year, and 2014 Mugs Media coach of the year.  Currently head coach of Morris Catholic HS and assistant coach of NJ Pride.  Member of NFCA and is 3 Dimensional Coach certified.

Sarah (Rhodes) Pallino

Softball Pitching


Played Softball and Field Hockey at Millburn HS and University of Scranton.  Set the game/season/career strikeout records for both high school and college.  Was pitching coach at FDU Madison and Drew University. in 2005 and 2006.  Currently teach Health and PE at Millburn HS and is head field hockey and softball coach.  Has been giving pitching lessons and running softball camps/clinics since 2004.  Received Masters in physical education with a concentration in sport’s administration and coaching from Montclair State University.

Bucks County Times Player of the Year, Trentonian Player of the Year, and First Team Honors.  Team captain, 5-time A-10 Conference Champion, and NCAA participant at Fordham University as P/1B.   1st Team All Conference, NFCA All Region, and All ECAC honors. A-10  Co-Pitcher of the Year, 2-time NFCA Academic All American, and Fordham Athletics Leadership Academy Leader of Distinction.  Pitching Coach and Director of Operations at Villanova University.

Two time NFCA All American at Morris Knolls HS.  Conference Rookie of the Year and First Team All Conference at Rowan University.  151 hits in three years at Rowan before retiring to complete student teaching.  Currently first grade teacher.
